Now im home waiting on FedEx to deliver my brake lines today. I upgraded to a full stainless kit from Powerstop. I also cooked my pads and rotors getting it home so a z36 kit is in order.

That is impact damage on that line. A new brakeline will do the same thing if you don't fix the cause of the impact.

The Tundra is used to tow an enclosed trailer everyday. The damage was never noticed until it failed. When weight is applied the aftermarket exhaust gets close to the lines. The exhaust has been hitting the lines when i hit bumps in the road.

im dropping the line bracket down an inch with a spacer i made and we are also replacing the exhaust hangers with shorter units to help solve the issue.

we used tow/haul mode the whole time but it still overheated the front rotors pretty badly. the stainless upgrade is being done due to cost actually. Toyota wanted $85 each for those two lines and wouldnt have them here until Saturday. Powerstop was next day for 150 and comes with all six lines.
