I don't have any coverage in the event of a flood for anything other than the house unfortunately.

I recently moved to Blairsville on a creek that turned into a raging river this morning. I had a few things in the basement including 2 new Colt 6920s with consecutive serial numbers I bought years ago. They were in a hard waterproof case that floated away while I was rescuing my 2 cars.
If anyone happens to find them, I’ll pay a reward. I’m crying.

Well I am sorry to hear that. I thought it was a joke, along the lines of the "boating accidents" some have mentioned.

I know what you mean man. i lost my AR15 in an inner tubing accident last year. just a shame.

The last flood we had a few weeks ago a young man who works for me found a duck hunting boat and trailer halfway buried in the side of the river bank. They worked all day digging that thing out. He found some paperwork in storage area and come to find out that boat, attached to the trailer, had traveked over 10 miles from the owner.
Good luck in your search but expand the area you are looking. Hopefully someone honest finds them. I would report them so they are at least in the system.
