I was sick and tired of chicken, cubed steak for the my Bride and no lump charcoal so I improvised in the oven
First you need as I know y'all do, peel the skin layer on the bottom of your rack of Baby Back ribs..

Then you need to slice Sweet onions for the base, for the BB's sit on and make you rub..I like brown sugar, Paprika, Coarse Garlic salt, Pepper, Sea Salt and Onion Powder..Apply with rub with passion and tent at 360 in the oven for 1 1/2 hrs...
