Ole buddy stacked up quite a few felonies there. Can't believe his bond is only $3900... Now he can go home and beat his wife and kids

He has no bond on some of those charges. See the initials NB ? Means he’s stuck in jail until he sees a judge for arraignment typically 2 weeks after arrest. At that point the judge decides to set a bond amount… the judge may decide he should stay in jail until trial.

The $3900 is for the other charges that aren’t NB.
