It's just about staying warm. Buy her good base layer stuff that she can use for anything she does outdoors regardless of any long term interest in hunting. If the outer layer is some cheap camo who cares?

The money people spend on 'hunting clothes' is ridiculous. It's not a fashion show. Trickiest thing normally is feet. Get her some good wool socks, and good FITTING insulated boots.

Just take her to food plots in the afternoon you only have to sit a couple hours and will probably see more deer.

yeah we have a few up there. Also using this a a camping trip to get some me and her time while family watched the kids

Yeah right come on man how are you going to show your face at the waffle house and not be sporting the latest and greatest new camo?

If your camo, boots, and rifle cost more than the truck you drive hunting then you are set and will definitely kill more deer. Otherwise you may be a commie and probably buy all your hunting stuff at wally world

bought my son an non-insulated coveralls on eBay and told me to dress in layers. seems to work good, just get them a size bigger. I only spent $20 too
