How is the milsurp market these days?

I think inflation has a part to play as well with what milsurps are going for. Just wait till food prices skyrocket as this year drags on. The dollar is worth a bit less than what it was just a year ago.

A lot of modern commercial manufacturers make M1 carbines. Fulton armory is the best. The other makers are not known for their reliability or authenticity, and are not collectors pieces, but they can be made to work reliably. Essentially, some are lemons, some are not, but Fulton armory M1 carbines are great shooters and will work.

I have a 'Universal' carbine that I bought in about 1966 that is a great shooter. I think I paid about $66 for it from Gibsons on South Cobb Drive.
