Black Iron skillet with olive oil, ground pepper and sea salt. Medium rare, of course. Start with room temp meat and let stand for 5 mins after cooking.
 
Cold and purple in the middle, and only ribeyes. I rarely eat steak, but when I do it's a fatty ribeye.
