I have a Honda Elite CH80, I could not get it to crank without Jumping it. I got a new battery but unless I jump it or charge the battery it will not start. I noticed tonight that when I disconnected the battery charger the lights got really dim until I revved the motor up. Also when I turn the blinkers on they will not start working until I rev the motor. I thought it might be the stator but I can find no such part for this moped. Could it be the voltage regulator? Advice is appreciated. Thanks.
