I built mine in 1984....I don't envy anybody tryna build a home today....I had to go buy a stud day before yesterday for a project to keep some birds from crapping on my port rails from a perch above where they could crap and socialize. Damned thing was $7.04!!!!! How can you build a house like that?

Wife and I go between buying property and building and getting a ready built home and fixing it how we like...
