I am looking into your family room high ceilings, the HVAC guy installed just a 10x6 vent. Which is basically about 100 CFM, and by using flexes the friction will cut it down to about 80 CFM..... Even if they installed TWO, won’t be enough.

Probably right but this guy under bid this house by 100k pre covid ... cant ask for anymore.. we have a $550k house for 400k with land
