HoBo packs

My best HoBo recipe is sliced potatoes & onions with a hamburger patty. Wrap it up in HD foil and let it cook in the coals. I’ve done the same with trout - add lemon & butter.

lemon pepper is ALWAYS in the pack for campfire cooking.
red pepper flakes as well.

Bacon wrapped anything in foil on the coals is a sure bet.

Peel an onion make cuts in it similar to a bloomin onion(just to open the layers) smash a chicken bullion cube in it wrap in foil.

as basic it it gets lol.
reopen later add cheese and seasoning. back on the coals for 2 minutes.
