Help with purchasing a weapon...

Help!!!!!!!! I am from North Carolina, just above Blairsville, and if I see (yes, this site is VERY addictive!!!) a piece I would like, being a holder of a current C/C permit, and seeing Ga. has re-cipriocity w/N. Carolina, am I allowed to purchase a weapon from a private party??? I see a lot of posts that state something to the effect that you must be legal to purchase/trade in Ga. What say you??? No but you can ship to ffl, that would have you covered with a small fee.

Yes you are more than welcome to buy from a private party seller but the transaction must go thru a ffl since you are not a legal resident of Ga.

Yes you can do it in location through a dealer as well. Good point.
