Help re: enforcing Giveaway rules

For the first time I'd like to conduct a Giveaway. Seems pretty simple to enforce "must be a supporter" and "minimum 10 positive and no more than 1 negative feedback. But how do I check for multiple entries by same person if I have a "only one entry per person" rule? Must be some kind of search I'm not aware of. Also I'd like a recommendation for a random number selector app. Thanks! Michael G

At the top of the thread, you can click "thread tools>who replied" and it will show you who replied and how many replies per person

Good to be alive. The good Lord has blessed me in so many ways I thought I'd try a little giveaway or two to try and bring a little fun in to people's lives during these trying times.
