Afternoon, so this bow was my dads he bought it in like the early 2000s I wanna say. His shoulder isn’t what it used to be and Archery isn’t my thing so being that he’s been out the loop as it where I figured I’d put it out there to see if anyone could appraise it. Before I try to list it for sale/ trade and put a ridiculous number on it feel free to PM me or respond in this thread more pics if needed of anything

It’s a Custom Shooting Systems

Almost noting loses value like a new compound bow. Heck, you can often closeout deals (40-50% off) on brand new stuff from pro shops a few days after archery season begins. (That's how I got my Mathews)

There are a few old gems out there like a Mathew's Switchback that you might be able to sell for 75% of original retail, but they are few and far between.

Check Ebay and this website for price guidance:

If it's so old that it's not on this website, then ask $50.

No offense here, but you can probably sell the sight for more than the bow. I wouldn’t expect more than $75, more realistically around $50. There is just no comparison to today’s bows.

And that arrow rest wont even be touched by a bow shop these days. Apparently recalled or no longer made because they were dangerous somehow. At least that's what I was told when I took an old bow into a bow shop. Buying a used bow is ridiculous these days. A lesson I learned this year. By the time you purchase it, get it set up for your draw length, a new string, and the other things you will probably have to do you could have got a brand new one all set up for you. Give it to someone looking for something to practice with as they get into bow hunting would be my advice.
