Anyone have any clue what this might be? No identification marks on it what so ever.

Yes, the grip frame and the angle of the grip where the hammer comes back to almost meet it looks like a Tranter revolver or a Beaumont Adams design.
But it's not a perfect match for those models, so as said above perhaps it's a Belgian copy, or an Italian or Spanish knock-off made in the middle 19th century?

Whatever it is, it looks like somebody removed the trigger guard, because it originally came with one.
