Help!!! Backstrap Recipes

Another way I like to cook them is to wrap them in bacon and hold it together with a toothpick in small pieces. Then throw in a smoker with apple wood for a short time to start cooking. Then take them out and put the pieces in a small crock pot and slow cook covered in BBQ sauce.
 
Just grilled the backstraps from an 8 pt. I stole the best ideas in this thread. It was great! So I'll share YOUR best ideas rolled into one recipe.

Soak backstraps whole in milk for 1 day.
Wash and marinade in Dale's for 1 day.
Cut into 3"x3" steaks that will allow bacon to be wrapped around it.
Wrap small steaks in bacon, secure with toothpicks.
Season with salt, ground pepper, and a cajun blackened steak spice.
Grill to taste. But like we all know: DO NOT OVERCOOK.

It really was the best I've ever grilled, and I enjoy grilling/experimenting. Thanks for your ideas!
