Hello everyone,
While I am new here, I have been an avid shooting fan forever.
How I missed this great local forum is a shame.

Sadly to report, I have been on a hiatus for about ~20 years, due to many different life events.

I am wanting to be back actively in the game.

What are some of the great local ranges available?
I am interested in long ranges, but I also have pistols I would like to shoot.

What are some of the great local ranges available?
I am interested in long ranges, but I also have pistols I would like to shoot.

River Bend Gun Club is the place. Outside pistol timed targets, knock down targets, and just short target. For long range they have out to 600, steel buffalo for 45-70 comps., Skeet-trap and clay pigeon stands in the woods to simulate real life grouse and turkey shooting. Of course they have covered ranges with concrete benches for 100, 200 and 600. Great place to shoot.

Just for trivial info they have a mock western town for national 6 gun comps. Also have a pavilion with indoor grill and all the kitchen goodies to hold family functions at. They also let you park your RV there and stay stay a few days if that good enough what is.
