Hank Aaron passed away today

I wrote my first composition on him in school as a kid ( die hard Braves fan even though they were not very good in the '70s, he was the most famous Brave of them all.) He will be missed.

One of my favorite memorys was seeing him hit 715 with my dad. He was a lifelong braves fan. He used to watch them in spring training in West Palm Beach when he was in the Air Force and until he passed in 2002 l always knew where he was if the Braves were on. Either in front of the t.v. or close to a radio. Say hey to daddy Hank.

I remember watching as a teen at Milwaukee County Stadium, I would close my eyes when he was in the box and just listen. You knew just from the sound of him cracking a fastball that it was GONE! A special man he was.
