I've been using Winchester 760/H414 and Winchester 748 for years. During that time I've loaded match grade accuracy with both.
I can't recall any chronograph numbers under varying conditions, but I've not experienced any type of accuracy or pressure issues using them.
I'm a fan of the Winchester manufactured ball powders. For many years I loaded most everything using ball powder.
W231/HP38 for .45's, .38 Special, etc. W296/H110 for the magnum hand cannons. W748 for .223, .308, etc, and W760/H414 for 30-06, .257, .243 etc.
