I don't trust news from any local source. They get their national news from AP or Reuters or AFP or similar, or they get it straight from the Democrat controlled city governments. They're all cookie-cutter leftists, IMO.

And that's the crux. They openly abridge and dare you to sue them in their own leftist courts. The one thing I see as a positive from the last 4 years is the number of conservative judges confirmed on the federal bench, at least.
If anyone thinks we live in a FREE COUNTRY, pull your head out and think again. The government runs this country and they make up the rules as they go.
Conservatives often say "the rule of law." Leftists often think and act on their "rules" as if they actually were laws.

I know there's a lot of chest thumping in threads on different topics around here, but I promise you, you try and disarm this legal gun owner, and I suspect a lot of others, during a time of civil unrest, ..... and 'unrest' will get redefined in a hurry.
