Wanted to share this great touching story that came from my beloved Cincinnati Red's about a young man who's dream was to be the bat boy...and boy did he make the most of his opportunity. You see this young man Teddy, has Down Syndrome and when he was given the chance of a lifetime to be the Red's bat boy, he wanted to be the best bat boy to ever suit up. Bat boys are supposed to be between the ages of 15-19, but Mr. Castellini, the Reds majority owner made an exception for this special 29 year old...and he touched the hearts of every player and every fan in attendance.
