Only one I saw today was crossing the road as I drove home

I didn't see anything either. Heard maybe 5 shots but nothing anywhere close. They were not moving this morning.

My brother in law here on my property had 3 on the lane but let them walk hoping a stud would be coming in. Negative on stud and he said he enjoyed sitting there with the 3 at 10 yards from his blind. I requested he smoke his clothes to kill scent in advance and he was pleased with the experience.

Momma and two yearlings lived to see another day

I will be hunting yotes on my property next weekend

5:20am - Climb in pasture stand; overlooking 6.5 acre pasture and 200+ acre fresh picked peanut field behind me. See deer with thermal all around in various spots. Watch them come/go off/on for an hour and some time.

7:04am - count 9 deer in pasture

7:05am - 3 deer walk by my side-by-side without issue and meander along towards my 15 acre cotton field behind a small pond.

7:08am - 6 deer still in pasture; no deer remaining in peanut field.

Legal shooting time = 7:09am

Not one deer in the pasture at 7:09am

Saw a mamma and yearling this morning. Mamma winded me, wind kept changing directions. Heading back out to different plot in the thick stuff now. Still windy as ship.

I missed all of bow season with covid. Feeling great now though and making up for lost time in the woods. Hope you feel 100 percent soon.

At least my scent control is top notch! The deer walked right where I did 17 minutes after me this morning. I can see where the camera is from the stand but it was too dark to see the deer haha

Ended up seeing 7 does. My buddy saw 5 does and a small 6 pointer that he let walk. Good day seeing how crappy the wind was. Tomorrow is going to be great!
