This saw was given to me by a friend who has way more disposable income than I do. When something breaks he views it as an opportunity to buy the newest model as a replacement and is not going to fix or maintain an old one. I intended to mess with it and tune it up but I just don't have time. I believe the "stop" is broken so if you don't stop the downward pressure when cutting it will just keep on going. Probably a simple fix or a great host for parts if you already have one. Free but you have to pick up in Johns Creek.
