Going a different way for Christmas Meal

My Son said he is cooking dinner this year when he fly's in from Colorado..The Menu will consist of 1 1/4 inch Rib-Eyes Sweet Potato's with honey, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, Grilled Asparagus, Baby sliced Bella's and Sweet onions reduced in a Red Wine reduction, Both Yellow squash and Zucchini, with Hawaiian sweet rolls..I just gonna sit back and glow..Merry Christmas ODT!

Lords knows I can't agree more! I've smoked flocks of Turkey's, Hams and Boneless Rib Roast over the years..This is the first I have turned the cooking to my Son..I started him off cooking at maybe 4 years old and he is a better cook than I..I'm just going to sit back a celebrate the Birth of our Lord Jesus Christ...May you and your loved ones have a Merry Christmas and may you find the new Job you want!
