Time needed to find out who won the item that I really wanted.
Time needed to laugh at trolling and butthurts.
Time refreshing screen in anticipation of the next giveaway positng.
Time needed for hydration breaks.
Time needed for nutrition breaks.
Time needed for restroom breaks.

Not including the one hour lunch and dinner break, I figure that around 1 minute of each 15 minute interval remains for actual work, resulting in a 32 minute workday.
