Was the dog sleeping before then? I've had a couple dogs run in their sleep and then get startled by their own dream and wakeup running around the room barking. At 2 in the afternoon it's funny. At 2AM it's time to grab the PDW and clear sectors.

We sleep with two box fans on for air movement and a good bit of white noise. If our current dog is up and barking like that at 2AM the causes are almost universally bad, except for the dream. So far it's all been dreams or people coming home late and slamming their car doors without thinking about it, but I'd rather be a little paranoid about it and wind up being prepared for the possibility of a home invasion, than ignore it and be a victim.

I did. I see the red circle, a slightly odd lay of the curtain on the left side of the window and some black marks that could easily be image noise because we're zoomed in so far. I'm not trying to discount your story, I'm just saying I don't see it in that pic.

LOL!!!! My girl does "run" a little in her sleep but not anything like that hahaha!

But it was literally just a couple minutes into laying down. Probably around 10:30 PM. It wasn't excessively late or anything. Somebody mentioned earlier in this thread that animals and kids can perceive things that we can't. I do believe this to be true.

Yeah I heard that too. I've read where animals can detect earthquakes before we feel them, like days before.

Yeah, they can hear a wider or just different range of frequencies than we can so they can hear the pressure building. There's also a type of wave that precedes the actual earthquake, S-Wave if I'm not mistaken, that animals can feel more easily than we can.

We use to hang out in my neighbors cellar back in the mid to late 60's, we had black lights and black light posters and great music without being told to turn it down.

I guess that would have made the 4 of us about 11 or 12. One of the guys brought an Ouija board down one day. 3 of the 4 of us had never even seen one before.

Well the one guy told us how to put our fingertips on the pointer and told someone to ask a question. And of course the pointer started moving. But hell there were fingertips from 8 hands on the thing of course it was moving! After a couple more questions we started arguing over who was moving it and it got pretty heated. Any second a fight was gonna break out. Right then with all of us a good 4 feet away from the table the Oujia board flew off the table. We all froze, but just for a second, a moment later we were screaming like girls and heading out of the cellar.

It took several weeks before we were comfortable hanging out down there again. One of my neighbors older brothers got the board out of there for us and it was still weeks later before we went down again.
To this day I would not even consider "playing" with a Ouija board.

The damn things a conduit, who the hell wants to "play" with a conduit when one end of it can be opened to hell?
