I hunted last year exclusively with my 10.5" 300 Blk with a Sandman L on it and was very underwhelmed on the faint or non existent blood trails. I didn't lose any deer, and they only made it 50 yards at most, but there was little to no blood trail on any of them. I'll be sticking with a 16" 308 this season with the L or my new K if it gets out of jail in time.
