Item Description: Brand new DPM build off a fresh new polish parts kit assembled on new us made receiver and barrel by Rick Smith of SMG guns in Texas. Chambered in 7.62x54R this was the modernized version of the infamous ww2 Russian light machine gun the dp28, the only difference being they added a vertical pistol grip and main spring plunger. Feeds from the famous pan magazine’s these guns really are works of art and pieces of history, smg guns does an excellent job of converting these pieces to a closed bolt hammer fired semi-auto rebuilds of post war polish circle 11 Arsenal dpm’s that did come into the country in basically in untouched condition (that was until they were torched up in the import process). This gun would absolutely make the centerpiece of any ww2 collection and packs a lot of punch. Can also go ahead and get the sights and larger mags on apex parts to convert to DTP, look it up!
