Item Description: New Palmetto State Armory complete PA15 lowers with Magpul furniture for $169 plus tax and complete PA15 uppers in 5.56x45 NATO with 16" nitrided barrel, nitrided BCG, carbine length gas with 13.5" MLok rail for $359. Will include one 30 round Magpul Pmag. Out the door with the makings of a complete rifle for $528 plus tax. Magpul Pmags $10. Upper and lower are sold as separate items.
