You have to check your city ordinances because they all are different . But here in Acworth downtown District, all roads 25 mph or less you drive them , if you get it permitted with the city 15.00 for 3 years and insurance which is only 12.00 year. Again every city doesn't have UTV/Golf Cart laws , so check what yours are . the 200 cc runs between 25 to 30 mph
