Item Description: Hello everyone for sale or trade Smith & Wesson 28-2 Highway Patrolman .357 Mag N Frame Revolver Mfg. 1979 – Pinned & Recessed! Vintage large frame double action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, manufactured in Springfield, MA. Features its original blued finish, pinned 6" barrel with solid sighting rib, raised serrated ramp front sight, adjustable micrometer click rear sight, fluted six-shot swing-out cylinder with counterbored chambers, shrouded ejector rod, case hardened .265" serrated trigger, case hardened .400" semi-target hammer, three screw square butt N target frame with ten groove grip straps, . Includes a period factory two-piece blue cardboard box. This is one of the nicest 28s I have personally seen. Timing, lockup spot on! No issues with push off.
Currently it is show with Target grips these are not original. It would have shipped with checkered walnut Magna grips with silver S&W medallions. Also a nice holster is included. I might have some magnas we can discuss.
