Item Description: Lightly used Ryobi P222 rotary hammer. No battery just the tool, 2 1/4” bits(one is almost new), and some masonry screws. I used this to install some rigid insulation to my basement walls for a renovation. Probably drilled 20 holes using this tool. This thing makes it a breeze to drill holes in concrete. It will sink a hole with the bits included in about 20 seconds. The tool made the project go so much easier. I also still have a number of sheets of the rigid insulation I used for my renovation if you want to bundle the trade for a discount. Please check out my content for the insulation.
