Like new Trijicon RMR type 2 HRS 3.25 (manufactured 10/2020). I bought a couple in 2021 and put this one on a range toy but I got tired of having to rezeroing it every battery change.

It really depends on your brightness setting, I keep mine one click down from maximum during most of my day. I just change the battery yearly and I haven’t had one die on me before that one year even with it at that setting.
