Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: 30 thousand BTU Vent-Free gas dual fuel heater. Currently set up to accept LP gas. Optional fan unit installed. Used last year for the short and coldest part of the winter season. Installed in the living room, we kept it on the lowest setting. Higher settings were too hot. The fan was not needed to heat our 14 X 18 living room (252 sq ft).
Unfortunately, the unit and it's fan were too noisy for our living room (It dings and pings as it heats and cools and the fan is loud.( and we already have heaters for our garage and basement, so it has to go. This unit is an ideal heater for your garage and basement work shop, the fan quickly heats up those areas on a freezing winter day with outside temps under freezing.
We have all the original paperwork (including manual) to go with it. Currently set up for LP, changing out the fitting for natural gas is easy. In our case, the LP gas guy handled changing to LP and told me most companies have the parts on their trucks and do the changeover, which makes installing the heater stupidly easy.
It's too bulky to carry to a meeting, so it would have to be picked up here at our house in Hoschton, GA. We have dollies to make it easier to move around. We live of off Jackson Trail Road.
$400.00 cash, though I would consider a trade deal for WWI and WWII firearms such as Carcanos in decent shape, etc. No bubba'ed sporters.
