New, STRYKER 10 METER ANTENNA SR-A10 MAGNETIC

40 watts out of the box, and I had it peaked/tuned, which added some extra wattage to it, I just don't recall what that extra wattage is.

Standard CB puts out about 4 watts out of the box I believe. But not too many will be able to talk over you!
