We bought this 1995 Jayco 1207 popup to fix up and use but wound up buying a bigger one. It is a 12 ft box and sleeps seven total. It has a sink, dual propane tanks, dual fuel refrigerator and a two burner stove that can be mounted on the outside or used to cook inside.
The two piece (horrible design) roof was leaking so I rebuilt the roof and covered it with a solid sheet of aluminum. I bent it around the front rear and sides and secured with waterproof screws on the sides only to avoid holes in the top of the roof so it definitely won’t leak! We also bought brand new canvas from Jayco, replaced any damaged wood and painted with two coats of sealant then painted the interior gray. I replaced the wood under the beds with more durable planks and secured them with metal bracing. Installed removeable thermal shields on the canvas windows and many other repairs and upgrades. We were in the process of installing adhesive backed laminate floor tiles that look like wood but are water resistant. We were using sleeping pads on the slide out beds but one is a queen and the other a full if you wanted full-size mattresses. The outside metal was wire wheeled and painted with two coats of black rust oleum. I replaced any rusted/ dinged up hardware with factory new. We wound up putting over 4K total in this project but wife wants it gone so she said I could trade it for a badass gun since I bought her a bigger camper. Offer away guys! Oh and we have the title in hand as well.
