It is 3 phase and currently wired for 120/230V. Can be rewired for 277/480 volt. Approximately 18' SOOW 10/4 power cord including extension with male and female twistlock.
Selling for my brother who shut his commercial interior remodeling business down for health reasons. He used it as a panel saw when he had jobs involving wainscot. Probably between 300 to 500 hours max. He was meticulous with his equipment and kept the table top waxed. Can give more history.
I have it on a cargo trailer. We can discuss bringing it to your shop for testing with a firm offer. Probably willing for a 30 mile radius.
Price is negotiable as I need to get it out of my cargo trailer sometime.
