Item Description: Hi! This is our 2018 Cruiser MPG Ultra-Lite 3100BH Travel Trailer we offer for sale. FULLY LOADED! 4 season camper. Well insulated (easy to heat & cool). Cruiser RV/Yachts makes a very well made product. It has been used 6 times in 2 years. It has been stored undercover, very well maintained by RV World of GA, now Gander RV, from where we purchased it. Yearly, it gets dropped of 2 times/twice for inspections & servicing on the mechanical system & to clean/inspect/reseal the roof. It is SUPER clean inside & out & has always been disinfected as the wife & I are germ-a-phoebes. Our teenagers have no desire to "camp" any more & its more room than my wife & I need.
This unit was $33000 when purchased new before upgrades ($41000 with). I just added the Lippert Ground Control TT system for one button push setup/leveling & pack up/trailer hitch to go height. In addition, I had acrylic slide toppers, much stronger than the typical coated canvas, with covers installed. All this was roughly $8000 in extras that do not come standard on these units. There are extra LED tvs, Wi-Fi upgrades, etc. All receipts available.
