It did when we first got it not real bad tho , we caulked where we thought it may be coming from but haven't used the boat since , it's all riveted, it wouldnt hurt to fully go over it but theres no holes far as wear goes ,may be little easier to get ahold of me to call or text if interested 7063317656.
