Has new awning, Tires + spare, and water heater element and bearings greased and brakes inspected, 1-20 # propane tank, rack on rear, all in 2020, new front cap and rear with new top all in last 3 years by a dealer, pulled with a Kia Sorento till recently, so weight is right at 3,000# and length is 16ft so easy to tow and back up. Bed is set up as permanent currently, we got tired of making the bed at bedtime, but it has all the stuff in place to pop up the table, u shaped dinette and seating, and the seat cushions that also serve as a mattress are in a sealed plastic bag in storage. TV , on a movable arm, is a DVD style with DVD player built in.
