As usual from Steven, an increasingly rare piece at a good price. These original Bowen buckles, before the name was bought and sold (imho- and trashed), MAY have been made for a time here in Georgia. Don’t quote me on that: my ancient neighbor thinks he remembers that. Anyway, the genuine ones are almost impossible to find now.
