It's just a matter of time. Remember driving is not a right and we agree to the terms the government dictates when we subject ourselves to licenses and registration. But that's a whole nother story. Damn I need to buy more tin foil.

I can't imagine why they would need a law for this. Hey, lets all get tanked and then put our scuba gear on and jump in the lake. Also, what point is there to carrying them while diving? France is messed up.
