Read up that you can eat the eggs if you can find them have quite a bit of recipes online, can eat armadillos too, but I wouldn't take the risk of mishandling them/undercooking them.

Pretty cool I never seen one here, and was very friendly. After looking up though armadillos do carry leprosy, but it's about 1% chance, and not as easy to contract.

I knew a girl once that had an armordilldo. Nothing I could do seemed to please her so I moved on. Turns out it was a smart move on my part and prolly saved my life . Oh wait..............sorry, wrong animal .

They infested one of the properties I had. Holes to break an ankle everywhere in the pasture. Good for shooting practice though.
