I submitted a form 1 yesterday morning and I have not received the email with the cover sheet to submit my prints. I thought you were supposed to receive the email after submitting the form. Is this normal?

You should have received something from eforms.notifications@atf.gov with the subject “eForms Application Submission Notification for Permit/Control No: xxxxxxxxx” it would have the cover letter and form attached. It would have been sent right after submission
Did you have a triangle at the end of this submission where it said unknown firearm. If so you can have up to 150 day waiting. However I just filed one last week and it only took about 9 days.
I got that message. Is that it? It's been 5 years since I last filed a form 1 and thats the same message that I got back then. I thought there was something new.
I have a control number but no attachments. Do I just print of the email and send it in with the prints?
I had to resend it to myself and they showed up. Thanks for the help.
One last question, Do i have to include the copy of the submitted form 1 with the prints or just the cover sheet?
Just the fingerprints and cover sheet.
