I "assume" the UAW will dig in on this. Since they need to keep the cash flowing from the union dues. But I'm not sure salaried workers are union members. My dad worked for 32 yrs at GM salaried. He despised the union and never had to join.

That's my thinking. Salaried employees points to non union management.
