I was recently introduced to Maurice's (pronounced mo-REESE's) South Carolina mustard BBQ sauce. This was not my first mustard sauce experience, but definitely one of the BEST... damn good sauce right there boys!

My first real girlfriend in HS (decades ago) worked for his brother Melvin and man when she got off work it was mandatory to bring a big sack of BBQ and the best onion rings in history home.

Garlic sautéed green beans, balsamic vinegar dressed mixed greens salad, medium rare deer back strap marinated in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper... Great meal
