florida law

Funny, the term that the bondsman was using is unrestrained, that is a unique word in code violation but google finds nothing related to guns and unrestrained that seems to match.

That makes me wonder if it was actually a city ordinance he was charged with. Is this Jacksonville, by chance?

That’s not true as long as you have a concealed carry license. Florida honors Georgia’s carry license.
Never said they didn't. Just stated you have to really conceal it. There is no open carry. Walking around with a large silhouetted bulge in your waistband can cause some folks to be suspicious. And if you meet the wrong star officer du jour, they will let you know how they do things in Florida.

You can meet an overzealous cop in GA or any other state, just like you can meet an overzealous prosecutor, or Governor (see Michigan). Don’t blame it on Florida.

Next time you need help, call a chicken head. See how that goes for you.
Next time you want to wait an hour and a half for someone to show up and arrest you call a chicken head. Cops aren't your friend. They don't care how many thin blue line stickers you have on your tacoma.
