Mr Drysdale shows Jed the mansion.

one of our greatest actors".
Jed while looking up at the facade replies
"pretty fair stone mason too".
Granny observes the grassy area out front
is perfect spot to plant some corn.
Mr. Drysdale exclaims "You can't do that!
This is Beverly Hills!"
Jed's reply? "dirt is dirt"

Granny had to get her corn somewhere. Gotta keep that still runnin
