I've been carrying one of these in my pocket long enough to wear about 25% of the paint off. Works great despite being really cheap. The size is small enough to hold in my teeth while working on something and bright enough to shine a hundred yards across a field to see what's out there.

That looks like the exact one sold under about 50 different names etched on the side. I picked up 5 for ten bucks a while back and they work great for an extra in the glove box of my vehicles, on the counter by the door, etc.

The difference is that the link above only has one mode of operation. It's either on or off. No flashing or dim or SOS, or any other stuff.
Oh wow. The cheapies I got have all 3 modes. Same case I guess with different circuit board.

Go to going gear in Smyrna, and you'll be happy. If batteries are a concern, I would opt to pick up a rechargeable one. They have some now that will charge right up with a usb port. Super convenient.
