Often times the feed issue is actually due to a slow running bolt or a bolt that does not fully travel aft during the ejection of the previously fired case. This can be caused by a combination low powered ammo and/or the bolt’s ability to easily cock the hammer after each shot. The rounding off of the bolt’s lower aft edge will help.
If you have a second 10/22, that works with these mags, try swapping the guns’ bolts and see if the problem goes away. Your bolt to receiver fit may be the issue. Oddly enough, if the swap fixes the problem, you may find that the other gun works fine as well. Sometimes factory tolerances “stack up” and cause problems.
